Koziba Palalani

Mr. Palalani entered the profession as a trainee in 1981. He obtained a diploma in Quantity Surveying through distance learning in 1984. He obtained his degree in Quantity Surveying in 1988 from the University of Westminster. He has been Managing Director of Third Dimension since its establishment in 1997.

Mr. Palalani has been President of the Botswana Institute of Development Professions, Chairman of the Institute of Botswana Quantity Surveyors and a Member of the Botswana National Construction Industry Council Task Group.

In 2006, Mr Palalani obtained a diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa

Olebile Sekucha

Mr Sekucha entered the profession in 1983 as a trainee with a Quantity Surveying firm in Botswana. In 1986 he started a degree program in the United Kingdom which he successfully completed in 1990. Between 1991 and 1995 he was a Managing Director of a building and engineering company. He returned to professional Quantity Surveying in 1996.He has been a director of Third Dimension since its establishment in 1997.

In 2002 Mr Sekucha obtained an MBA qualification from the University of Botswana.
